1. Clean dust and dirt from the surfaces using a brush.
2. Remove resin from knot locations.
3. Cover the surfaces that you do not wish to paint.
4. Clean dusty and mouldy surfaces with a cleaning agent, according to the instructions on the label.
5. Carefully rinse the surfaces with water and let them dry.
6. Prime the unpainted ends of the planks with a wood impregnating agent.
7. Prime nail heads or other corroding metal parts with a suitable anti-corrosion primer.
8. If the finish painting is done after more than 10 months, first prime the surface with a primer.
9. Paint the surface once or twice with a paint finish.
10. Clean the tools according to instructions on the label, using water or solvent.
