Hagmans Topplack 2K Matte is a high-quality water-based two-component clear floor varnish. It is specially formulated for indoor concrete and wood floors but is also ideal for linoleum and PVC flooring.

This professional floor varnish produces an elegant, fully matt (gloss: 5) surface that is particularly resistant to wear, scratching, and yellowing. Topplack 2K Matte is the ideal choice for areas where a durable, easy-care, and aesthetically pleasing floor finish is required, such as living areas, hallways, offices, or light commercial spaces.

• Re-varnishing: After 3 hours (at +20°C / 60% RH). The surface should be lightly sanded if more than 24 hours have elapsed.

• Furniture placement: Light furniture should be placed after 24 hours. Heavy furniture should be placed after 1 week to ensure maximum durability.

• Diffusion: Open to diffusion (allows the surface to “breathe”)

Surface Preparation:

The surface to be treated must be clean, dry, and firm. Previously painted surfaces should be sanded and dusted. If applied to linoleum or PVC, ensure that wax, polishes, etc., are entirely removed from the surface.

Directions for use:

• Shake the package of component A (varnish) for 1 minute.
• Add all the contents of Component B (hardener) to Component A.
• Shake the mixture thoroughly for another 1 minute.
• Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes before application.
• The prepared mixture should be used within 4 hours.
• Apply the product in 1 or 2 coats with a brush or short-haired roller. A third coat may be necessary for highly absorbent surfaces.
• If applied to an untreated wooden floor, after the first coat has been applied and dried, sand away any raised wood fibers and remove dust to achieve a smooth surface.
