Product Description:
Roof Facade Maintenance wash is an effective alkaline cleaning product that removes soot deposition, moss, algae and more. Works on all kinds of surfaces outdoors such as ex. sheet, cardboard, eternite and brick. The product does not adversely affect other parts of the house, such as feeding or windows. Cover flowers and other sensitive things. Can also be used on stone slabs, stairs, tombstones, fences etc.

Preparation:
Remove leaves, twigs, etc. Protect sensitive surfaces and plants.

Use / Application:
Clean the ceiling from large lumps of moss, branches and dill. The substrate should be dry. Dilute with water 1: 5 for heavily soiled surfaces, but not more than 1:10. Apply Tak/ Fasad Underhållstvätt with low pressure
sprayer or high pressure sprayer set to low pressure, brush, roller or sponge. For heavily soiled surfaces, mechanical machining with brush or the like is recommended. Let work for about 10 minutes. After processing, the roof must be rinsed extensively with water. To create a protection against new growth, cleaned surfaces can be treated once again. Dilute 1:20 and apply to dry surface. Do not rinse. For best effect wash at + 10ºC – + 30ºC. Avoid treatment on solar or frosted surfaces.
