Made with a unique combination of alkyd and acrylate binders, this semi-matt water-based lacquer is versatile enough for rough, sawn, planed and pre-painted wood surfaces.

KRASO Kolorex Wood Paint, which contains powerful biocides, protects the paint finish against mould, algae and other harmful elements.

Developed and tested in the harsh conditions of Sweden, Kolorex Wood Paint is designed to work in harmony with Kolorex Priming Oil and Kolorex Primer to provide long-term wood protection and unrivalled durability.

VOC Grade

• The product contains max. 130 grams VOC/l.
• Surface preparation and application conditions.
• The surface must be clean, dry and homogeneous. Air, surface and material temperature above +5°C and relative humidity during application and drying below 80%.
• Scrape off peeling paint. If necessary, wash the surface with a suitable product or water.
• In case of black mould spots or algae, treat the surface with a disinfectant, rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry thoroughly.
• Treat the surface with Kolorex Priming Oil according to the product instructions. Apply especially thoroughly to the ends of boards, saw kerbs, screws and nails.

Application

• Mix the paint thoroughly before application. Apply in several thin coats with a brush, allowing each coat to dry. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on overheated surfaces, or in prolonged wet and cold conditions.

Harmful to aquatic organisms with long-term effects. Keep away from children. Avoid release into the environment. Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. Contains biocidal products: BIT, C(M)IT/MIT (3:1) Contains colour-protecting biocidal products: OIT, IPBC, diuron (ISO). May cause allergic reactions.
