Description

KRASO Kolorex Wood Stain is a translucent, semi-matt water-based stain for exterior wood surfaces.

A unique combination of acrylic and alkyd.
Suitable for staining and finishing logs, sawn, and planed wood surfaces.
Particularly suitable for the finishing of log cabins.
Gives wood a translucent, natural look and accentuates the natural structure of the wood.
Kolorex Wood Stain provides UV protection and prevents moisture penetration.
Contains anti-mold additives.
Kolorex Wood Stain is mainly used tinted in natural wood shades.
Not recommended for horizontal surfaces such as terraces.

Painting

Before painting, mix the product thoroughly.
If there are black mold spots or algae on the surface, treat the surface with an anti-mold disinfectant, rinse thoroughly with water, and allow to dry thoroughly.
Do not paint on sun-dried wood – the stain will dry too quickly and will not penetrate the surface.
The surface must be clean before use. During painting, the air temperature must not be less than +5 C and the humidity must not exceed 80%.
Apply 1-2 coats. Work the board along its entire length to achieve a homogeneous application.
Note that the color tone of the stain will darken if several coats are applied.
Do not paint for long periods in cold or wet weather, in extremely hot weather, or in direct sunlight.
