Coating System Description & Warnings:
- Some wood species (oak, acacia, ash) may release water-soluble substances that can stain the basecoat. For these species, catalyze with hardener YC M401 at 5% or use a PU-based topcoat.
- Avoid excessive product quantity in a single coat and wet-on-wet applications.
- This basecoat can be overcoated with both waterborne topcoats for interior use and solvent-based PU topcoats. However, overcoating with Redox polyester coatings is not recommended.
- Maintain an application temperature above 15°C.
- Ensure proper ventilation during application and drying.
- Dispose of coating waste according to local regulations.
