Tec7 offers an all-in-one solution that can replace multiple types of adhesives and sealants, including polyurethane wood adhesives, silicone sealants, sanitary silicones, acrylate adhesives, and butyl putty. This powerful adhesive is capable of bonding a variety of natural and artificial materials without causing damage to them.

Designed for an extensive variety of sectors such as construction, furniture/appliance creation, boat making/maintenance, auto repair, and many more.

Application:

• Ambient temperature during application: +5°C to +40°C
• Apply to clean and degreased surfaces.
• We recommend cleaning surfaces with Tec7 Cleaner or Multiclean.
• Apply with a conventional or air-operated cartridge gun.
• As there are different types of plastic materials and their compounds, as well as materials that are prone to stress cracking, we recommend checking the compatibility of the adhesive and
• materials beforehand.
• Check adhesion to plastics, powder-coated materials, exotic woods, and bituminous materials.
• Fix weak and/or porous materials with Fixprimer or other primers.
• As a wide variety of varnishes and paints are available on the market, we recommend checking Tec7 and paint compatibility before applying Tec7 throughout the site. When applying alkyd resin-based paints or varnishes to Tec7, the drying process may be longer.
• Use Tec7 Cleaner to safely clean and degrease surfaces without damaging them, as well as to smooth sealant coatings and remove uncured Tec7 masses. Use HP Clean to smooth the sealant on porous surfaces.
• When bonding mirrors in wet areas, apply adhesive only in vertical lines to avoid condensation moisture build-up.
• Ideal adhesive thickness for optimum adhesion strength: 3 mm.
• Tec7 forms a less pronounced bond with PP (polypropylene), PE (polyester), bitumen and silicone.
