Product Description:

Tikkurila Luja Ceramic Tiles is a high-quality semi-matt paint specifically designed to renew and transform ceramic tiles in both dry and wet areas. Its unique formula offers exceptional resistance to everyday wear and tear, including hot and cold water, shampoos, cleaning chemicals, and various stains. With a wide range of tinting options, you can easily match the color to your existing decor and create a personalized ambiance.

Luja Ceramic Tiles is not only durable but also easy to apply. Its excellent adhesion eliminates the need for a primer, and the quick drying time allows you to complete your project faster. This paint is suitable for both wall and floor tiles, making it a versatile solution for different rooms, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets.

• Application Method: Brush, felt roller for smooth surfaces (5-7mm hair)
• Drying Time: Touch dry after 2h, next coat after 16h, ready for use after 2 days

Coating System:

1. Surface preparation: Clean the surface from limescale, grease, oil, and dirt using appropriate cleaning agents. Remove old silicone and rinse the surface thoroughly with water.
2. Painting: Stir the paint well and apply it in a thin layer using a brush for corners and tile joints, and a felt roller for larger areas. Apply a second coat after 16 hours.
3. Finishing: Remove painter’s tape and replace old silicone with new ones.

Warnings:

• The paint reaches its final hardness after 28 days, so avoid mechanical damage during this time.
• Freshly painted surfaces may soften upon contact with water but will harden again after about 30 minutes.
• Handle the painted surface with care for a few weeks after painting.
