1. Remove the entire whitewash or chalk paint, using a damp putty knife for scraping.
2. Remove paint particles from the surfaces with a dust brush. Prime the walls with paint a single time. Let the putty dry.
3. Clean and expand the cracks up to a stable base. Fill the holes, cracks and uneven areas with putty.
4. Polish the treated locations with sandpaper and remove the polishing dust with a brush.
5. To obtain the best result, cover the entire surface with a thin layer of putty. When working with a sprayer or roller, use putty.
6. Use putty locally, prime the treated areas once with primer.
7. Paint the surface in two phases with a wall paint, select the paint according to the room usage intensity and desired degree of gloss.
8. Clean the tools according to instructions on the label.
