1. Remove the wallpaper that is peeling off or all of the wallpaper. Remove the old paste from the surface using a cleaning agent according the instructions on the label or remove it mechanically. Carefully rinse the surfaces and let them dry.
2. Prime the surface covered with wallpaper with a primer.
3. Fill deep holes and cracks with putty, smooth down small uneven areas with putty. Polish the treated locations and remove the polishing dust.
4. To obtain the best result, cover the entire surface with a thin layer of putty. When working with a sprayer or roller, use putty. Polish the surface and remove the polishing dust.
5. Polish the surface with sandpaper and remove the polishing dust with a brush.
6. Prime the areas treated with putty or the entire surface, using primer.
7. Paint the surface in two phases with a wall paint, select the paint according to the room usage intensity and desired degree of gloss.
8. Clean the tools according to instructions on the label.
