Tips for painting

Painting silicate brick surfaces

1. Clean dust, dirt and salts from all surfaces.
2. Cover the surfaces that you do not wish to paint.
3. Clean mouldy surfaces, surfaces covered with lichen, etc., using a cleaning agent solution in a direction from bottom to top. Rinse the surface with water.
4. Prime the surfaces using the “wet on wet” method, using a solution of primer and water (1:1).
5. Paint the surface with a solution of facade paint and primer (2:1).
6. Paint the surface once with facade paint.
7. Let the surface dry at least for a full 24 hours before painting it again.
8. Clean the tools with water.
