Fading paint colour and peeling paint layer on a new plaster surfaces.
Causes:
Painting on plaster that has not fully cured;
Low quality paint.
Solution:
Plaster needs to cure for 1-2 months and should be painted only after that time. New rock surfaces are strongly alkaline, paint products do not have the required resistance properties. The alkalinity decreases in time.
